Our Co-Founders & Real Estate Investors, Elisa Munoz and Henry Rivas began their real estate journey in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2013, expanding their investments to the Caribbean market with a vision of transforming properties into high-performing, beautifully curated assets.
In 2025 Elisa and Henry registered Desinova Solutions as an LLC in order to operate as Real State Investors in the United States and Internationally, and to fund projects that will benefit those communities and create legacy for future generations.

Before founding Desinova Solutions, Elisa built a distinguished career as a Program Manager in the Oil and Gas industry, where she specialized in Knowledge Management and Operations & Engineering Digital Transformation Strategies. This experience sharpened her skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and process transformation — strengths she now applies to her real estate projects.
An artist and designer at heart, Elisa’s creative eye brings a distinctive character to every property, with her own art pieces featured in each Desinova space. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Parsons School of Design and a degree from New York University, blending business acumen with a refined aesthetic sense.
Elisa is a Certified Real Estate Investor (CREIN) through the Women’s Real Estate Investors Network (WREIN), one of the largest and most prestigious real estate investment organizations in the United States.
Henry Rivas brings a sharp analytical approach to real estate investing, combining his expertise in geology and market analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
Henry specializes in off-market property acquisitions, deal structuring, flipping, and long-term portfolio growth strategies.
Henry earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geology from the University of Tulsa, giving him a unique perspective on land value, property development, and market potential.
